Default Is GSP retiring after his fight on saturday?

Someone I know that knows his dad said win or lose he's done after his fight against Hendricks. So now thats his trainer and his dad saying he's retiring. They said his dad said he's not a fighter and that athletically he feels he became the best in the world and he wants to get out before he receives any major long term damage. (Just to give a reference point so its not like im blowing smoke upo anyones ass his dad is in the carpet business and so is my friend)

So does this mean that some of his "super fans" will stop watching MMA?

There's always a chance, but I can't see him doing that at this age. I do think he only has a few more years left in him. He has taken very little damage in his career and probably wants to get out on top with his brain intact.

This fight is only 2 weeks away though. Can't wait!

What are you going to do with yourself if this happens?

I heard that GSP is just going to go into this fight and score points, and never really come close to finishing Hendricks.

Anyone want to make a bet with me on that :-p
