I was supposed to get 5k. The rich people who decide these things (maybe not rich but not poor by any means) said that the year before, it was impossible to live on what I made with the amount of people that live with me. I reported every cent of income. .......

Yeah, because it's impossible to live on what I made was the explanation they gave. Which I always thought that was random.
