Thread: So I have to brag

Default So I have to brag

For the first time since I was 14 (26 years ago), I weigh under 200 lbs.

Mostly done by walking as much as possible (when weather conditions allow for me to do so safely), and my diabetic diet.

I look back 3 years when I was 340 lbs, and it seems like a different person.

I will admit that I miss beer though.

Diabetic diet and simple cardio. That's all you need.

Congrats, your family, doctor, and others are proud.
