Ok, here are a few videos from today. Critique away.

And while we're at it, how's my deadlift?
Deadlift single at 325#:
A lot better. I can see corrections at work right away. Less pronounced butt wink. More controlled descent. Still a bit of a free fall at the very final second, but overall much better and good posture on the way up. Keep fighting to maintain that midline and that vertical posture especially as you fatigue. You're on the right track. Just need good, quality reps to set the fundation and program the CNS. Keep working mobility. Dead lift is fine. Your socks suck ass.
As long as you're posting videos of yourself and asking us to look at them, you ought to scare-up a decent pair of leggings and maybe drag a comb across your head.
On the dead lift: you need to get your feet more under the bar when you set up. the bar should be cutting your foot in half. Reach down and grab the bar, then bend knees until your shins touch the bar. push your chest out, take a deep breath and pull.
all this is from rippetoe by the way. he has a couple minute youtube video that shows him coaching the setup.
When it's all said and done, there is more said than done.
I still use the Rip set-up on deads. I don't dead much, but I really like his approach and set-up. I recognized it as soon as you said "bend your knees until your shins touch the bar." Haha.
I'm gonna shoot some video tonight I think. I'll get some up here this weekend.
