Well that's the thing, it's not like he was using it to instantly heal. It was used as part of a regiment with a ton of other things. So even if he bought it, there's no way of telling if he actually used it. That's why I say the blame lies with the NFL. This would be a total non issue if they would just actually test for substances they don't allow.
