I get why people don't like Palhares in terms of his personality, cause he does seem kind of like a dick.

However, in terms of his fighting style, I'm a huge fan.

No one other than Imanari pulls off leg locks like he does in MMA.

No nice guy persona really. He holds his subs too long, even in grappling tournaments for hells sake. Dude is a blatant dick head.

Also, to whoever said juicers usually lose... They don't but the ones who get popped do. If you mess up your cycle, that usually means bad training camp. The reason they lose when they get popped has a lot more to do with whatever circumstances lead them to getting caught like an absolute moron.

Watch his grappling match with David Avellan When he blows out his knee (dick move) but then pretends he doesn't know what happened and tries to hug him and shake his hand like nothing happened. He has done it in the UFC too.

I love Busta, always have but Tree Stump and Murilo are not cut from the same cloth!


The one thing that often gets overlooked with non english speaking fighters is that sometimes people are just plain dumb! Like big, meathead dumb, bunch of rocks dumb.
