Had blood work done in late September. Results weren't good. Switched to paleo/slow carb diet in early Feb. Had blood work done 2/26. Got results yesterday.

Important to note that from September through January I ate like **** (Holidays, birthdays, etc). So it's likely that my numbers were even worse on 2/1 than they were on 9/24. That said, in about 3 weeks of clean eating my numbers improved fairly significantly.
I'm now even more convinced this way of eating is the way to go. Not only do I feel better the numbers indicate I'm healthier.
When it's all said and done, there is more said than done.
