We? I thought you were Japanese or something.
Just Wiki'd Horton. Beat Jackel to it.
Doughnut industries
Main article: Tim Hortons
In 1964, Horton opened his first Tim Horton Doughnut Shop in Hamilton, Ontario on Ottawa Street.[5] He even added a few of his culinary creations to the initial menu. By 1967, Horton had become a multi-million dollar franchise system. Horton's previous business ventures included both a hamburger restaurant and Studebaker auto dealership in Toronto.
Upon Horton's death in 1974, his business partner, Ron Joyce, bought out the Horton family's shares for $1 million and took over as sole owner of the existing chain of 40 stores.
Today, in addition to over 3,000 locations in Canada, there are over 556 Tim Hortons Doughnut Shops in the United States, and they can be found in Michigan, Ohio, New York, Maine, Pennsylvania, and other American states, mainly in the Northeast and the Great Lakes region. There was also a Tim Hortons on the Kandahar Canadian Military base in Afghanistan until late 2011. There are also a number of Tim Hortons in the United Kingdom and Ireland. In November 2011, Tim Horton's opened up a new location in Abu Dhabi at Mushrif Mall.
Ron Joyce's son married Horton's daughter, returning the Horton family to the company.

p.s. there's a Tim Horton's in Penn Station in NYC...never been to it though. I had the same reaction..."who the fuck is this Tim Horton guy?"
Tim Hortons >>>> Krispy Kreme (sound too much like the dried leftovers of some low budget porn shoot)
Damn, makes me wonder if I should have tried KFC last time I was in the States! I've always hated KFC, but I've only ever had it in Canada....
Gas is 117.9 cents per litre. So like $1.18 per litre, you'll have to work out the conversion to gallons on your own, but generally gas in the USA is somewhat cheaper.
Do you guys still not have debit cards down there? Like, a bank card that you have a pin # that you can use to purchase pretty much anything that takes the money directly out of chequing/savings? Anyway, with pretty much all our VISA cards requiring a pin # as well now, it makes the wireless machine at the table pretty much a prerequisite.
Depends on where you're at. In Vancouver, there's only one place where you can get any real touching. But at $50 per song, you go upstairs to a mostly private area and can touch anywhere except the pu$$y. I've only been to strip clubs a handful of times, but I was pretty surprised when, after the girl asking me if I preferred butts or boobs, she was leading my hand to her a$$shole. I was like, Jesus Christ, can't you just shake your $hit in my face? I need to be more drunk to know what you ate for lunch.
Apparently in Toronto there's a club or two with limited touching, but in Montreal you can get basically whatever you want.
Make it a priority next time you visit the states. Its like night and day. Then try some Popeyes Chicken.
That's just weird to take it to cent level. Just say 1 dollar and 17 cents.Gas is 117.9 cents per litre. So like $1.18 per litre, you'll have to work out the conversion to gallons on your own, but generally gas in the USA is somewhat cheaper.
We do. But you just enter your pin at the ATM. When you use it at a restaurant, it runs just like a regular credit card. I asked the waiter and he said it was for security reasons. The card never leaves the table when they bring the machine to you.Do you guys still not have debit cards down there? The only "hands on" strip club around here is about 50 miles from KC. Its called "The Million Dollar Fantasy Ranch". You can touch everywhere there is not fabric. You pay an extra cover charge to enter the touch-allowed zone, but lap dances are the same prices ($20...cover $20 too).
