So an unnamed US intelligence source is claiming weapons of mass destruction in a middle eastern country and the Administration is making noises about the need to do something about it. I wonder how this will turn out, again...

are you talking about the chemical/biological weapons in Syria? Everyone knows they exist, they admitted they exist, and they have for quite awhile one of the most advanced chemical weapons program in the world.

If your claiming they dont have Chem/Bio weapons, your not paying attention dude. They fully admit to having them.

My point is that this seems like the thin edge of the wedge to potentially get embroiled in another ****storm. I have no doubt they have weapons, but as Floyd pointed out above: why should the US give a ****?

Blah Blah Blah.... You know why they hate us so much? Cuz we are f*cking terrorists to them. Think about it. 10 dudes blew up the WTC and all hell broke loose yet we bomb these countries daily, wait for the funeral, and then bomb the funerals to make a statement. Incorrect. The way to prevent terrorism is by overwhelming destruction. You have to make them sorry they ever even thought about attacking you, or they're going to keep on attacking. It has never been otherwise in history, not once. Look to Japan as an example. We prevented terrorism on our soil by putting japanese Americans in concentration camps until we eliminated the problem.

Little cited fact: the Americans had broken japanese diplomatic codes and knew that there were Japanese saboteurs operating within the United States. We didn't know who, so FDR locked them all up. As a consequence there were no acts of sabotage or terrorism. And the nuke was not even the worst of what we did to Japan.

If they want biological weapons and nuclear weapons, THEY WILL GET THEM and no amount of force on our part is going to change that fact.

Also incorrect. Again look at Japan. They had a very sophisticated chemical/ biological weapons program.... but the right amount of force on our part changed that fact.

We can make it harder for them but that will just make them more determined once they acheive their goal. Listen to the terrorists talk, they don't hate our way of life or hate what we stand for, they hate our interference in their way of life.
