Have you seen the amount of fighters dropping out of fights due to injury it could get crazy expensive lol. Seriously though I believe that the increased injuries is a result of fighters not juicing any more. When you juice your muscles heal faster take that away and with the intensity of MMA injuries will and have gone up.
You can't test injured fighters, they may already be taking something to help the healing that is a banned substance when prepping for a fight. Dumb idea...

Again, ALL of them are subject to random testing. If you take any roids at any time in your training, you run the risk of pissing hot. You don't know when you might be tested.
In a six month period, with 4 UFC cards being held in Vegas, the NSAC tested 8 fighters that we know of. Ideally, they increase the amount, but there is a very real chance that any fighter signed to compete in Vegas could get tested.
