Gimmie the petition. I'll sign it...
The Makalu is actually estimated to be somewhere in the ball park of 78-115 years old. No one is sure due to the excessively thick coating of hair covering his face and chest breast neck and head. The Makalu can eat twice its weight in food a week and can be found in cool areas. It's said that the Makalu is one of the only animals which can comprehend and enjoy music. While the Makalu isn't recommended as a house pet, they are known to coexist quite harmoniously with humans.

But yeah, fuuuuuuck Romney. He's phony.
every politician changes parts of their platform with the times. romney's changes and inconsistincy was really quick, and over a couple of weeks. it was more obvious than Obamas to many.

again, I voted for Romney and am pretty dissapointed with the election. i'm pretty far from an obama fan.

Or, the press played Romney's more than Obama's. We had a ****ing debate moderator backing up Obama by spouting incorrect information.

They downplayed Bengazi, and even now spend more time worrying about what Petreus did with his dick than how the president allowed, (actually not allowed, directly caused) the death of American diplomats that he had the opportunity to save.

Obama's only consistancy is in creating class warfare.

She wrote dozens of essays about capitalism, philosophy, morality, relationships, economics . . . all non-fiction. Gave lectures and held debates, most famously with Mike Wallace (you can find these on YouTube). She also wrote some novels. Maybe one of these is what you're referring to?
I meant to say Atlas Shrugged lol.

I have to agree with Garth to an extent and maybe for different reasons. As Americans, we are spoon-fed fear mongering bullcrap day in and day out. When you turn on the news, what do you see? There is a murder, school shooting, hijacking, a 13 year old giving birth, and drunk drivers mowing down innocent puppies etc. The media tries to strike fear into our hearts b/c that is what sells. Whether this is part of a master plan for more government oversight, I don't know. What I do know is that it doesn't hurt. The more fear the media strikes in our hearts, the more scared we are, the more opportunity there is for the government to step in and "protect us" from ourselves.

We hear all this crap about how bad the world is and how America is so dangerous but looking at some of the statistics we can see that homicide rates within the past 5 years are down tremendously, drunk driving arrests have gone down, teen pregnancy rates are actually low compared to prior years, and overall, we are doing pretty damn good as a country but if you told anybody that, they would call you a liar. We have people scared to death demanding more protection when they book a flight, they demand more police even though almost half of our prison population are in there for non-violent drug charges, and they want the government to step in and take care of them when they bump their knee.

We are standing at the edge of a vast precipice. We can climb down it rather safely but it will be hard (demand our liberty, fight against more government control) or we can have the government push us and then claim we slipped, so we better make sure the government steps in to protect us from the fall.
