Hah. Didn't think that comment through.

Also, I am not new to lifting. I can exercise like a horse, but I eat like two horses, which is why I am so big.

Liver is one of my favorites. But I was raised on it. It can be amazing if cooked right.

I love me some liver... AND horse meat.

However, I am ignorant on how to find and cook said delectables.

Just walked for 30 min fasting. Felt awesome.

I weighed in today, and got some interestingly confusing results:

    Before............................Today
    Wt: 322.4................................325.4
    Bf: 40%...................................38.5%
    Muscle: 27.8%.........................28.7%

I gained 3 pounds, gained .9% percent muscle and lost 1.5% body fat. The weight is bad, but the other two are great.

Is this legit, or is this just regular fluctuation, and I am basically where I started last week?
