you're no doubt correct, but b/c it didn't happen we only know about budo. the outcome of this thing would have produced a welcher one way or the other. however, as it stands, it's budo - that is the only known fact.
you're point about this stuff getting posted in every thread is a good one though. it has gotten tedious, especially since budo doesn't even see them.
