I'm looking forwards to the SMR with select-fire mod. I've used it in league play... deadly
The gun I think I'm looking most forward to is coming up soon, the M27. Comes at level 31 I think. It's kind of the M4/ACR equivalent this time around. Very accurate and stready fully auto assault rifle with a good fire rate and relatively fast reload
As far as the camping. I'm noticing this too, which in a way is mind blowing, given how ineffective it is on these maps and the fact that this early on no one has Ghost yet and EVERYONE is throwing UAV's up in the air. And even when they do get Ghost, it's not going to work if they're standing still. I think the newness of it all overwhelms some players into playing tentatively. Unfamiliarity with the maps; not having a loadout they're comfortable with yet, etc
Seems like every game of Domination I've played, there are 2-3 players on the opposing team that refuse to try and capture or defend the dom points. They just camp behind a rock or crate in some corner of the map, staring down a path, looking for cheap kills. It's friggin pointless. But hey, if that's how they want to play it, fine. I'll take the easy win
Speaking of that, how great are these maps? They did a great job of putting in so many different ways to go and get around. Each corner of a map seems to have 3-4 different options you can take at different points of elevation, be it a door, window, path, under a building, over a scaffold etc. Makes it even harder for campers to stay alive very long when you can get around them so easily

DSR 50 with Fast Mag, FMJ, and Acog is GREAT

Just tried out a loadout with the FAL and Remington pump action together..........perfection
If you like the FAL, wait till you get target finder for it, makes a great scout build. The SMR is like a souped up version of it. You can make them full-auto with FMJ too. Just unlocked my favorite Shottie, the slug one.Originally Posted by PatSox

Im sucking at this game right now. Just can't seem to get a feel for it. Doesn't help that I can't get more than 1-2 games in a row before it starts having connection issues.
yeah it has a lot of bugs .. i'm a little disappointed
i like the game but it feels more like modern warfare than black ops and i already have mw3 so i was looking forward to a change of pace back to black ops
haven't really played the zombies though and i know that will be fun but that's just a bonus the online multi player is why i bought the game and the bugs are annoying but the big thing for me is that it doesn't feel like black ops
but maybe it's just me
i'll be playing halo until they fix the bugs then i'll see if i want to keep it
