Rumble and Melvin have really given the Blackzillions a good name thus far! Missing weight, no ground defense. Can't wait to see what happens to Rashad

yeah because he's the only one with any real potential.. at least that's the only difference I noticed

let's not get racist here but this is a camp full of explosive fighters that are a little slow, their physical attributes are insanely high, their awareness, insanely low.. so I guess it depends on match ups and what constitutes a great fighter, if it's something like 50/50 physical/mental then they will be one of the better camps of all time, but if it really is something like 10/90 physical/mental like some have suggested, this camp will be extinct in about a year

I never knew he left Cesears. Oh well, I guess I've been out of the loop.

Anyway, Villefort pretty much nailed it when he said they are still in the development stages. We live a "microwave" era where we expect excellence right off the bat. Reality doesn't work like that. Just because they lose a couple of fights doesn't mean the gym is a flop. How are they going to learn from their mistakes if they never make them? Give them some time to settle in and grow.

I don't think he left there as much as he was traveling around getting good training in...He has trained with Phil Davis's camp before as well

    Will Rashad join the list?

I think this is interesting considering how much hype that camp has been receiving recently. Maybe they are not the “next big thing”.
Don't forget Jorge Santiago, although he did win his last fight on a regional show

As much as i like a lot of the fighters in this camp, I was supremely disappointed in Rumble for not making weight in his last UFC fight and thought that was a bit of a bad look for the camp as a whole.

Just like most other big name MMA camps they'll go through their times of dominance and their slumps. But for the most part it's pretty much impossible for the same camp to stay on top of the world of MMA forever. We've had Lions Den, The Alliance, Miletich, Brazilian Top Team, Chute Boxe, Jackson's, Team Quest, Black House and others have their time at the top with a handful of MMA Champions at the same time. In a few years there'll be a team that doesn't exist now that'll be on the top most likely.
