Tough weekend out at the river. Lots of booze and pills but thankfully, we had good lean meats and lots of root veggies on the bbq. No junkfood within our reaches for over an hour away so I maintained somewhat. Workout today sucked ass, just couldnt get myself into gear. Tomorrow will be better. I'm still in this to win this.

Got over the flu, just still have the nasty cough. Started getting back into the habit of both diet and exercise. I've been picking one or the other the last week or so.

Finally got a diet accountability partner ("2007 Senior" girl to be exact), but she is usually too nice about it. Better than nothing, right?

Had my shoes puked on last night at the gym. We had a new guy in our warriors class, and he was trying to keep up. Instead of pacing himself, he pushed too hard and puked all over my shoes, the floor, the boxing gloves he was wearing, and a bunch of other equipment. Needless to say, class ended a little early.

MMA bootcamp started this morning. Kicked my butt. Good start to the day. Kickboxing tonight. I just hope my wrist holds up. Injured it a bit last night. Hope it is nothing too serious, but it hurts like hell. It pops/clicks when I turn it.

Tipped the scales at 200.2 yesterday. A lot of weekend bloat, but it's time to take baph's advice and mix it up. Gotta prep for summer, bring my weight down so I can enter a tourney and overall confuse my body and prevent injury.

    Last night:
Did 25min of high intensity full body
    1hr of Yoga
    30min of higher rep weights

    This am:
    Elliptical
    Abs

    Tonight:
Circuits and Jits in the home Jungle.

Felt weak as a kitten tonight in the gym, but had a good 3 mile run (just over 26 minutes). Gotta go HARD tomorrow to make up for my 9th grade girl performance in the weight room tonight.

259lbs as of yesterday morning. The food accountability partner is a major help. I'd recommend one for anyone else.

Found my old pirated P90X videos in my old PC Tower the other day. Uploaded them to my new laptop couple days ago. There's no way I have time to do the full hour+ workout, so I am going to do it when I can. Probably half-hour every other day is better than nothing.

Think I've opted to compete at heavyweight and will not cut weight for the meet. The cutoff for my division is 199 lbs and the top end is 220, but the score is done by coefficient of body weight/load, so it really shouldn't matter, and actually, the 198ers are the toughest division out there in terms of P4P strength.

I am still having alot of pain in my wrist. All I have been able to do over the past week is to get on the treadmill. I'm getting so frustrated. If it is still bothering me by the end of this week, I'll have to go to the doctor and have it checked out.
