i really like gsp. he seems like a good dude, and he has probably the best training regimen in all of mma.

it is very hard to even say what the best striker is. most knock outs? most variety in knock outs? best technique? most powerful?

if you are bench pressing consistently, it is a good idea to do the door way stretch and whatever else you find that stretches your pecs. putting a lacrosse ball on the wall and rolling your pecs out...
i finally picked up a pendlay bar and some bumpers. (they were on sale so there was no more excuses) I am very happy.
i haven't had a chance to break it in though, because i have to move around...

well, i think more mobility can always help and i definitely see room for improvement, but it may be more an issue of stability that is holding me back... probably because of my past shoulder issues....
