It's better to rent something like this. I work a lot with litepanels brand led's and they do break. Repair costs for this will be insane. Also, LED tech is still growing and traditional fresnels...

I'm sure they are used for practice too. They need to be certain they will feed correctly in their service weapons.

Look up Massad Ayoob. He runs MAG 40 training/self defense class is used as an expert witness in high profile self defense cases.

The only real draw to him would be another A team. Sorry but the dude can't act and his glory days as a fighter are behind him.
