Wow. Being the one who usually hates the typical FPS game I was shocked at how much of an amazing time I had... I just finished this game and my God... Wow. Being the one who usually hates the typical FPS game I was shocked at how much of an amazing time I had with this. The gameplay is phenomenal (Aside from the occasional AI screw ups) the atmosphere is the best I've ever experienced, and the story and plot were just really amazing. The game continues to give you reasons to carry on, and the game makes you consider every action you take and seriously weigh in on them. This is also one of the prettiest games I have played, especially the lighting which is just out of this world, and the audio is spectacular, both really adding to the atmosphere. I'd recommend this to any fans of the first, and anyone who would be into this sort of game. The game may not be for everyone, especially as it is VERY linear (its better this way) and due to your hand literally being held the first hour or two into the game. I know you're a fan, but anyone else that used to be hooked on Diablo should try it. I'm addicted to this ****ing game. Most fun I've had with a game in a long time, probably the nostalgia factor too. It's dark like the old diablos too not cartoony like torchlite or d3. Games a little overwhelming at first because of the skill tree and how currency works.
