Now I am no probation expert, but I am guessing that if you are on probation in Florida then tweeting that its "chilly in Pasadena" (where he was at) is not a good idea. Maybe he had permission to be out there, but I'm going out on a limb and assuming that Chad didn't let his probation officer know that he was out of state. Really sad watching these guys who had it all just sink down into nothing. Literally pro sports should have an IQ test (not the wunderlic) administered and the lower your IQ the more mandatory assignees there are managing your life so you don't f' it up. A life probation officer for the dimwitted....

Go ahead and put up what team you think had the best offseason - doesn't matter if you root for that team or not, just be honest looking across the entire NFL and who hit their needs best:

I'll start with the Vikings - not only did they replace the WR, CB, and DT that they lost (or in the case of the DT) will be losing soon... but they replace all those guys before the 1st round is done? Not taking anything away from Winfield and Harvin, but the Vikings jettison them and get these rookies for cheap and are building a nice team in the process. I think their draft put them over the top and doing good things for their salary cap in the process is good no matter what.

Now add in top of that getting rid of outspoken punter Kluwe who let's be real did not have a great season last year and reducing the drama in the lockerroom in the process...very nice move no matter what the Minnesota governor thinks of it.

Bottom line is that everyone is paying attention to the arms race that is the Seahawks and 49ers in the NFC, but gliding under the radar is a Vikings team that just got younger and has a lot less headaches to deal with now (no pun intended).
