I downloaded Sim CIty 2K... Not legally.

When I try to install though, it says it doesn't support "Full Screen mode". I hit ignore and then it just closes. I extracted allt he files, it just wont install.

What the piss? Can someone help.

It's the old one. Not the first, shitty one. The way awesome second one. I can't figure out how to open it. I can't figure out DOSBox for my life, but I did manage to get SimTower working in it.

just use Vuze and you can change the settings to get around school blocking it.

Azerus Vuze... do some searching online and it should tell you a way to get around a school's network blocking it. If you tell me which University you are at I may be able to find out tomorrow how to get around your network. Funny enough, most of the time just changing the port of your P2P or Torrent program will bypass the network block.

Vuze is a bit-torrent software that'll allow you to edit settings to download torrents through your school's network without being blocked. Download the torrent from PirateBay or IsoHunt and then Vuze does the actual downloading. Don't search through Vuze.

What file type they were... maybe not broken but rather wrong software to read it correctly...
